How should I care for my Diptyque candle to ensure it burns evenly?
When using your candle for the first time, leave it to burn until the entire surface is liquid. To maintain the quality of the wax, trim the wick to a length of 3 to 5 mm before each use and ensure the wick is centered.
What is your return policy for fragrances and candles?
We accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For fragrance purchases, we include a matching sample so you can try the scent on your skin before opening the full-size bottle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Are Diptyque products vegan and cruelty-free?
Diptyque does not test any of its products or ingredients on animals. While many of our products do not contain animal-derived ingredients, some may contain beeswax or honey. Please refer to the specific product ingredient list for details.
